Structure Burn Session

North End Fire Company, Hose, Hook & Ladder Fire Company and Ravine Fire Company participated in a structure burn session on September 27, 2009. Crews from all three stations took part in practicing fire suppression, roof crews for ventilation and R.I.T. Visibility was very low due to heavy smoke conditions. At some points it was hard to locate the fires due to the smoke.

Engine 58-15 was utilized for fire suppression, Ladder 58-25 was provided for the roof crews and Engine 58-10 was utilized for a back up line for R.I.T.  All crews worked very well together. Thank you to all of the instructors for taking the time out of your day for us.
