58 Station 1 was dispatched on a second alarm assignment to assist on a house fire on Panther Valley Road in North Manheim Township. Engine 58-10 was requested to set up a tanker filll site at the dam in Freidensburg. The crew from 58-10 filled multiple tankers. Tanker 58-35 assisted at the scene.
After the fill site was able to be shut down and cleaned up the crew was requested to assist with standing by at Schuylkill Hose for Schuylkill Haven Borough.

Commercial Fire 10/07/2011
Fire units were dispatched for a reported barn fire in the 400 block of Deterksville Road in Washington Township. Units arrived on scene to find the fire to be a commercial structure and located in Wayne Township. Due to the fire being in the wood shaving storage area a tanker task force was struck.
